Get your Gumballs!

Need a special custom cake? This is a fun example of a custon cake I did for another special nephew of mine. His mama promised him that he could finally chew bubblegum when he turned 5 years old. So needles to say when his 5th birthday came up, he wanted a bubblegum cake to celebrate the beginning of his gum chewing days! He was super excited and ate most of the gumballs off the cake before the party even started. HAHAHA! Love it!

Woof Woof!

This puppy cake was made for a special nephew of mine. He loves puppies! So this was the perfect little cake for him. It was a chocolate fudge cake with a raspberry filling. The fondant floppy ears gave it a fun touch. Happy birthday Jackson!

Beautiful Wedding Cupcakes!

These cupcakes turned out absolutely beautiful! It is the perfect example of simple elegance. The bride requested 13 dozen vanilla cupcakes with a simple rose swirl design and pearlized sprinkles in filigree wrappers. When these cupcakes were all set out together, it looked like a bouquet of pink and white roses. Pictures from the actual wedding to come!

Fire in the Hole!

A hand-piped fire truck for the birthday boy! This was made from a special fire truck cake mold and  then hand-piped in each color to create the fire truck. The possibilities are endless with cake molds!

SCORE!

A soccer themed cake for a special birthday boy! This was a partial 3-D soccer ball cake. The soccer ball stands out from the base cake about 3 inches. A very fun way to add an extra "kick" to your party!

THE AVENGERS!!!

This cake was made for a very special little boy turning 4 years old! He (and his dad) are very into the superhero scene. So, obviously he had to have an Avengers cake to go along with his little boy dreams. On the back the black building cityscape continues along with the superheros to protect it. It was a very fun cake to make and I hope the birthday boy enjoyed it!

Dinosaur Egg Cake Pops

To go along with the super fun dinosaur cake below, I made dinosaur egg-shaped cake pops. These were a big hit at the party! And a super yummy addition to the cake too!

Dinosaur Dynomite!

This was such a fun cake to make! The little boy that was having the birthday, wanted an all out dinosaur  extravaganza! So I did a 2-tier cake with 3 different fondant dinosaurs & lots of fun extras.
Happy Birthday Kepa!

Coffee Shop Cupcakes!

These coffee shop cupcakes were inspired by my Grandma! She loves anything warm to drink and mentioned to me one day that she wished she could eat a cupcake as yummy as her coffee. So I made her some cupcakes upon her special request!

The top cupcake is a Dark Mocha Cream Cupcake with mini chocolate chips.

The middle cupcake is a Chai Latte cupcake made with spiced cake and a chai flavored frosting with cinnamon sprinkled on top.

The bottom cupcake is a Hot Chocolate cupcake. It is made with a milk chocolate cake and a marshmallow frosting for the marshmallow dollops.

Each cupcake variety had a hole poked in the side and half of a pretzel inserted to look like the handle of a coffee cup. These cupcakes turned out very cute and super yummy! They would be perfect for a Ladies Tea or just a fun get together!

Fancy Filigree

I made this fancy filigree cake for my mama's birthday. It was a spice cake with cream cheese frosting and vanilla cream filling. It was delicious! Happy Birthday mama!

My Beautiful Sister...

I made this little boutique-style cake for my sister's wedding last July. She wanted a white fondant covered 2-tiered cake with different shades of yellow tear drops upside down to look more like peacock feathers. Up close you would see that the fondant is covered in shimmering gold dust. Her little red birds on top added a perfect splash of color. The guests were served yummy pies, while the bride and groom got to keep and share their own personal cake just for the two of them. This was a simple, yet perfectly designed cake to coordinate with her gorgeous wedding...and even more beautiful bride.

Love you sis! So very happy for you two!

April Showers bring May Flowers!

These are golden vanilla & dark chocolate cupcakes with a beautiful rose design to add a little color and elegance. This is a great design for any occasion. I am catering a wedding soon that is using the rose design in a black & white filigree wrapper and pink & white roses. It is going to be BEAUTIFUL!!!

Pink Roses Abound!

This turned out to be a beautiful spring cake! The rose pattern really added to the yumminess inside. My picture of the inside did not turn out. But inside is a golden butter cake with a raspberry filling. This is a 3-layer cake. Each layer was dyed a different color (pink, green & blue) to help add to the fun spring colors. YUM!

Spring is in the Air!

These raspberry filled vanilla cupcakes were perfect for a recent baby shower I catered. The mom-to-be was expecting a precious baby girl. I put these delicious treats in separate pink flower liners to give it a special touch. The raspberry filling was a welcome surprise to the first guests to take a bite. This design would be great for Easter or just a spring fling!

Winter Wonderland!

I made this winter cake and cupcakes to help celebrate some special January birthdays. This cake and cupcakes are made from a butter pecan recipe with a decadent maple butter frosting. This combination of butter pecan & maple butter was a perfect match and made for a delicious treat!

Strawberry Shortcake Party!

This was such a fun cake to make for a very special little girl. My good friend's daughter was having her 5th birthday and she wanted a Strawberry Shortcake party. This one layer vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream frosting was exactly what the birthday girl ordered. The little white flowers, letters, and strawberries were made from butter fondant. Her name was made out of sugar cookies and poured fondant. The Strawberry Shortcake picture was a template I found and added myself. This is another example of a fun theme cake you can custom order today!

Give a Hoot!

These owl & pumpkin cupcake were a great way to  say Happy Halloween! The owls were made with a chocolate fudge cake and a smooth chocolate mint buttercream frosting. The decorations used were Oreo cookies, Runt's candies, and Jr. Mints. These are regular sized cupcakes. But I can also do jumbo owl cupcakes and mini owl cupcakes using this design as well.

The pumpkin cupcakes are also chocolate fudge and  made with a vanilla buttercream frosting. The stem & vine are made from green gummy candy vines. These can also be made as jumbo pumpkin cupcakes, or mini pumpkin cupcakes.

A Fall Treat!

This 2-tiered, fall themed cake was made with a Spice Cake recipe and an Almond Buttercream Frosting for the outer layer and the filling. The branches and leaves were made from Almond Fondant. It was a big hit for the November birthdays it was celebrating!

Christmas Cake

This was a Poinsettia cake I did for a client at Christmas time. It was so very yummy! It was made with a red velvet cake and a creamy cream cheese frosting for the outer layer as well as for the filling. This frosting was smooth and sweet and made for a beautiful Christmastime look!

Oreo Delight

This delicious Oreo cake will sure to satisfy your sweet tooth! This chocolate cake is made with a light buttercream frosting on the outside & an Oreo frosting for the filling. YUM-O! Perfect for a fancy party or birthday treat!

Football Time!

This football field cake was made for a friend for her son's birthday. She wanted his football team's logo in the middle of the field. I went off of the logo that was on his football sweatshirt as a design template. The goal posts were a fun extra I threw on the field to add some pizzaz! This cake was a big hit and can be custom made to your liking.

Sweet Berry Basket

This was a new recipe I tried...and it was a HIT!!! Everyone loved the sweet combination of milk chocolate & berries. This vanilla cake was made with a raspberry filling, milk chocolate buttercream frosting, strawberries & blueberries on top, with Kit Kat's around the edge to form the basket. This cake could be made to any flavor or berry specifications you might have. This would be a great cake to order for a spring picnic or BBQ!

These delicious cupcakes have cookie dough baked in the middle of each cupcake. They are topped with a fluffy vanilla buttercream frosting and cookie dough chunks for that sweet tooth of yours!
