THE AVENGERS!!!

This cake was made for a very special little boy turning 4 years old! He (and his dad) are very into the superhero scene. So, obviously he had to have an Avengers cake to go along with his little boy dreams. On the back the black building cityscape continues along with the superheros to protect it. It was a very fun cake to make and I hope the birthday boy enjoyed it!

Dinosaur Egg Cake Pops

To go along with the super fun dinosaur cake below, I made dinosaur egg-shaped cake pops. These were a big hit at the party! And a super yummy addition to the cake too!

Dinosaur Dynomite!

This was such a fun cake to make! The little boy that was having the birthday, wanted an all out dinosaur  extravaganza! So I did a 2-tier cake with 3 different fondant dinosaurs & lots of fun extras.
Happy Birthday Kepa!

Coffee Shop Cupcakes!

These coffee shop cupcakes were inspired by my Grandma! She loves anything warm to drink and mentioned to me one day that she wished she could eat a cupcake as yummy as her coffee. So I made her some cupcakes upon her special request!

The top cupcake is a Dark Mocha Cream Cupcake with mini chocolate chips.

The middle cupcake is a Chai Latte cupcake made with spiced cake and a chai flavored frosting with cinnamon sprinkled on top.

The bottom cupcake is a Hot Chocolate cupcake. It is made with a milk chocolate cake and a marshmallow frosting for the marshmallow dollops.

Each cupcake variety had a hole poked in the side and half of a pretzel inserted to look like the handle of a coffee cup. These cupcakes turned out very cute and super yummy! They would be perfect for a Ladies Tea or just a fun get together!

Fancy Filigree

I made this fancy filigree cake for my mama's birthday. It was a spice cake with cream cheese frosting and vanilla cream filling. It was delicious! Happy Birthday mama!

My Beautiful Sister...

I made this little boutique-style cake for my sister's wedding last July. She wanted a white fondant covered 2-tiered cake with different shades of yellow tear drops upside down to look more like peacock feathers. Up close you would see that the fondant is covered in shimmering gold dust. Her little red birds on top added a perfect splash of color. The guests were served yummy pies, while the bride and groom got to keep and share their own personal cake just for the two of them. This was a simple, yet perfectly designed cake to coordinate with her gorgeous wedding...and even more beautiful bride.

Love you sis! So very happy for you two!

April Showers bring May Flowers!

These are golden vanilla & dark chocolate cupcakes with a beautiful rose design to add a little color and elegance. This is a great design for any occasion. I am catering a wedding soon that is using the rose design in a black & white filigree wrapper and pink & white roses. It is going to be BEAUTIFUL!!!

Pink Roses Abound!

This turned out to be a beautiful spring cake! The rose pattern really added to the yumminess inside. My picture of the inside did not turn out. But inside is a golden butter cake with a raspberry filling. This is a 3-layer cake. Each layer was dyed a different color (pink, green & blue) to help add to the fun spring colors. YUM!
